Added evert.mpg of the Thurston eversion. 
Note, oir.zip contains the source Windows code and makefile for sph.exe.

oir.exe is a Windows executable of the Outside In miniproject I mentioned
in class today. Let me know if it still works in Windows10. The archive
oir.zip and its contents, oir.toc is from a folder prepared ca 2013.
